Having used Infor SyteLine in its US operations for several years, SaniSure was keen to roll out the platform in Europe to capitalise on a unified global ERP solution. Having reviewed the European market, Inforlogic was selected to support SaniSure’s UK deployment, a remit which was later expanded to include SaniSure’s Luxembourg site, replacing its incumbent partner.
Inforlogic impressed SaniSure from the outset based on its extensive experience with similar projects, knowledgeable team, and ability to undertake the implementation project against defined time constraints.
The project commenced in August, with a planned go-live in December. The timeframe was slightly shifted to accommodate and align with accounting periods, allowing SaniSure’s January-December financial year-end to be completed before the switch.
“The experience gained through using SyteLine in SaniSure’s US operations was hugely valuable in rolling it out in Europe, and the deployment was hugely successful,” comments Sharon Zimmer, Vice President, Information Technology.
“Inforlogic worked closely with us to deliver the project, encompassing all core modules, including customer order quoting, customer service, planning, procurement, and inventory. Following a successful go-live, we now have complete visibility of our order lifecycle across manufacturing and planning, as well as full LOT traceability, quality control and compliance. This fully automated set of processes underpins our end-to-end production throughout our European sites.
“This capability means that we can undertake capacity analysis to ensure that we can fulfil orders promptly, meet expectations, and communicate this to customers efficiently and effectively. It also means that we can provide the correct resources to allocate skills to the areas the business needs to grow.
“Crucially, SyteLine also supports compliance with all regulatory frameworks, which is critical in the bioprocessing industry.

Tailored Capabilities
Throughout the project, Inforlogic ensured that SaniSure secured the right balance between maintaining much of SyteLine 10’s out-of-the-box functionality and personalising certain areas, such as reporting, to facilitate the precise insights required.
A good example of this is that the team delivered a project to adjust some functionality to optimise VAT processing and ensure SaniSure has consistent capabilities across Europe. This, in turn, helped the finance team undertake inter-company reconciliation in a simple way.

A testament to the success of our partnership is that we’re looking to extend the benefits we’re currently seeing through SyteLine and the deployment of CPQ to assist our quoting and pricing processes.
“Pricing can be challenging as it’s dynamic and volatile. CPQ means we’ll be able to manage it better as it’s very configurable. Currently, we have to have an entirely new BoM for each change, which incurs a lot of extra work. With CPQ, the process is automated, and any pricing changes are applied instantly to update the current price and eliminate the need to recreate it manually.
“Ultimately, Infor SyteLine is a true grassroots manufacturing ERP platform, with deep functionality on many levels,” Sharon concludes. “There is nothing you would need to capture as a manufacturer that you cannot do so using SyteLine. It’s a truly great system.
