Throughout the project, Inforlogic ensured that SaniSure secured the right balance between maintaining the majority of functionality of SyteLine 10 out of the box, and personalising areas such as reporting to facilitate the precise insights required. Testament to the success of our partnership is that we’re looking to extend the benefits we’re seeing through SyteLine, through the deployment of CPQ to assist our quoting and pricing processes. Pricing can be challenging as it’s dynamic. CPQ means we’ll be able to manage it better as it’s very configurable. Currently we have to have an entirely new BoM for each change, which incurs extra work. With CPQ the process is automated and any pricing changes are updated to instantly adjust the current price and eliminate any need to manually recreate it.
